theres no great way to start again but do it
going back to the basic things on a basic list
theres only one way to move, so move it
start the process once again and this time make it through it
its totally cool to start again at the simple stuff
make a list and perform enough of the duties of the day
becoming the moment every time you get something done
before you know it, play becomes work and work becomes play
well i guess im back to basics
